Interactive messaging allows you to receive, directly on your TV, messages announcing the arrival of a new channel, or messages related to your subscription
If you have an HD decoder, your decoder is able to remind you of the start of your favorite program with a visual and sound signal.
To benefit from it, your HD decoder must be connected to a hard drive.
Go to the Program Guide by pressing the "MENU" button on the remote control and select "TV GUIDE".
Move to the desired program and select "RECORD".
Confirm by pressing ""OK"" and return to the screen by pressing the ""EXIT"" key.
In order for the alarm to work, your screen and your decoder must be switched on on a channel.
Five minutes before the start of the selected program, an audible alarm will sound.
You can then zap on your channel and watch your program in complete peace of mind.
There is a function that allows you to zap only on your favorite channels.
Press the LIST key, to display the channel list. Select your favorite channel and click on the button with the HEART symbol.
The symbol appears next to each selected channel. To remove a channel from your selection, proceed in the same way. Press the OK key, and the symbol will disappear.
Once you have made these settings, you need to set your decoder to "on" so that your settings will be remembered.
The Parent Code allows you to :
- to access to secured programs, such as programs reserved for adults.
- to use the decoder's functionalities such as PERSO or MEMORIZATION.
To create your Parent Code
For decoders WITHOUT Card: Press MENU/ MY TV/ CREATE PARENT CODE
For decoders WITH card: Press MENU/ MY TV/ MY PREFERENCES/ MY PARENT CODE/ CHANGE MY PARENT CODE
All you have to do is create and confirm your parent code.
NOTE : Your Parent Code must be 4 digits long (between 0000 and 9999) and avoid repetitive digits.
To change your Parent Code :
Press MENU/ MY TV/ CHANGE PARENT CODE
Simply enter your current Parent Code and then choose a new Parent Code. At each step, you have the possibility to validate your choice with OK or to give up.
NOTE: If you have forgotten your Parent Code, you can reset it 24/7:
- by logging in here on MY ACCOUNT, section MY SUBSCRIPTION/Reset my Parent Code.
